The Mutual Fund was established as a trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, in terms of the Trust Deed dated December 4, 2006 and is registered under the Indian Registration Act, 1908. The fund has been registered with SEBI vide Registration No.MF/053/07/01

JPMorgan Mutual Fund Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, acts as the trustee company of the Fund.

JPMorgan Asset Management India Private Limited
In conformity with the Regulations, JPMorgan Asset Management India Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Mafatlal Centre, 9th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021, has been appointed as the investment manager to the Fund.
JPMorgan Asset Management India Private Limited ("AMC") was approved by SEBI to act as the asset management company for the Fund vide letter no. IMD/MS/86193/07 dated February 12, 2007. The AMC manages the Scheme / options of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Management Agreement, the Trust Deed, the Regulations and the objectives of each Scheme / option.
